I bought a sale item, and I'd like to return it.  Can I?

• Unfortunately, all sale/clearance items are final sale.  This applies to items purchased online or in store, as well as, to any cut yardages of fabric.  All items purchased at our outlet location are final sale.

How do I go about returning item(s) I purchased in store or online?

• So long as you did not purchase a sale/clearance item, cut yardages of fabric, or an item from our outlet you can return it (see above).  Please see our "Returns Policy" for more information on returning the item(s).

Do you ship internationally?

• No, unfortunately we do not.

Do you do wedding registries?

• Yes, we do!  For more information on how to register with us, please see our "Wedding Registry" page.

Do you price match with other competitors?

• No, we do not price match.  Even though we do not price match against our competitors like "big box" companies, we do appreciate you shopping with us and supporting a small business!

If I saw something in store and I cannot find it online, what is the best route to go about purchasing it?

• Give us a call and we will be more than happy to help locate it and have it sent to you.  We can process credit card transactions over the phone.

I saw some of your custom bedding and accent pillows last time I was on Kiawah, but I don't see them online.  Why is that?

• We do our best to put everything we have in store online; however, with our custom items (i.e. Aubergine Home Collection exclusive bedding, accent pillows and shower curtains), they can vary to such a degree that we prefer to work one-on-one with you to make sure that you get exactly what you want.  Even if you are not local, we can work with you via email and over the phone.  We can even send you swatches to confirm your selection.

Why is there a price difference online from what is in store on some of your items?

• On the larger ticket items, we do include insurance within the price of the item to help keep the cost of shipping down all around because, let's face it, who wants to pay $45+ for shipping?
